Emanuel Bohbot


Founder and CEO of the consulting company Y, with about 20 years of experience in quantitative and economic research alongside managing a variety of social initiatives. Over the years, he served as CEO of the social-tech start-up Tribu, VP of Research and Development and a member of the founding team of Social Finance Israel and director of the Rashi Foundation's research department. He holds a BA in psychology from Ben-Gurion University and a MA in psychology from the Hebrew University.
Alon Alperovitz


Alon is an experienced organizational psychologist, who works with diverse organizations on the development of managerial capabilities, routines, norms and procedures in order to ground infrastructures for growth.
He holds a BA in agricultural economics from the Hebrew University and a MA in psychology from LSE University
Ohad Zilberfarb


Ohad has 20 years of experience in quantitative research and statistical analysis. He led and took part in dozens of projects in the worlds of measurement and assessment in the social field
Nogah Mishael


Nogah has experience in organizational consulting, characterization of work processes and formulation of operating concepts for private and public organizations as part of her work at TASC. She served as a research assistant at the Jerusalem Institute for Policy Studies and a teaching assistant in Statistics at the Hebrew University.
She is a graduate of the Honors Program for a BA in Sociology, Anthropology and Jewish Thought, and a research MA in Organizational Sociology from the Hebrew University
Rotem Yerushalmi


Rotem brings experience in developing and implementing learning and organizational development programs, project management, and working with communities in international organizations. As part of a mission on behalf of the Jewish Agency in the United States, she managed programs and communities at Hillel International. At the Jewish Agency, she coordinated the activities of the alumni network. She holds a BA in Psychology and Cognitive Sciences from the Hebrew University and a MA in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University
Aya Stamler


Aya has experience in the social and climate sectors, with a specialization in public policy. She participated in the EcoPeace Middle East "Climate Diplomacy" Program, where she promoted regional cooperation and analyzed the impacts of climate change.
She holds a BA in Governance and Sustainability from Reichman University
Amit Hafner


Amit brings with him experience in project management in the renewable energy, high-tech startups, environmental and corporate responsibility consulting at Deloitte. He worked in several non-profit organizations and establishing social initiatives.
He holds a BA in Biology and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University, and is currently a MA student in social work at the Hebrew University
Noa Steinberger


Noa has experience in social-urban entrepreneurship, establishing and managing a sustainability-related non-profit organization, and establishing the "Hasbon" complex in Jerusalem. In addition, she worked as a project manager in the strategy department of a government ministry in the field of planning and construction.
She holds a BA in urban planning with a specialization in sustainability and is currently a student pursuing a research MA in urban planning, both from the Hebrew University
